Please check the sentence “The arrangements of the marriage is ‘under way.” Is it “is” or “are” here — arrangements are/arrangement is.
Also, “under way” is two words in the example, and one word in the explanation. — Here ‘underway ‘ denotes the perfect making of the planning.
